Since last week wednesday we were splitting wood for winter.Whenever the pile was getting low the next load of wood arrived.I´m so glad that there is only little left to split,my body aches everywhere and I want to do the nice things again lol.
For this reason my household only got little attention, actually I did next to nothing,so no pics from the house in this post ;)But I made a little stroll through the garden and made a few pics.I hope you enjoy them.
My violas....I love their faces :)
Ich mag die Gesichtchen der Veilchen...
The peony next to the house....it got over 20 buds this year.We had it about five years.
The lady´s mantle ( I hope you call it like that) is growing like weed this year.
The bleeding heart is my favorite...over the years it grew real big.
On the following pictures you see the beauties that grow besides the house.
I hope you could enjoy my pictures.Have a wonderful weekend.
Hugs
Caroline

AntwortenLöschenOh my! Your flowers are gorgeous, Caroline! I have a few of the same flowers growing here at my little cottage in the Colorado mountains, but it will be weeks and weeks before they bloom.
AntwortenLöschenI understand completely about splitting wood. We do ours in September, so we have some time yet before that task needs done. :)
Enjoy your beautiful garden!

AntwortenLöschenI love pansies too, their little faces make me smile.
Your photos are very cheerful, Caroline. Such a nice post!

AntwortenLöschenThank you for following us today, and I just followed you as well. You might not see my red rose yet, but it will show up soon (we have to deal with blogger glitches ugh).
AntwortenLöschenThese flowers are just so pretty. Purple is my favorite color. Have a wonderful weekend.
